A Parenting Plan is a written and signed agreement between two parents about the care arrangements of their child or children. The document is informal and flexible, which means it can be changed by the parents as often as necessary to adapt to the changing needs of the child or children. The terms of a Parenting Plan are unenforceable. They cannot be enforced like a Parenting Order, but the terms are admissible as evidence in the Family Court.
